Founded by Brad Guest in 2018, Caliber Healthcare has been helping healthcare organizations solve unique financial and operational challenges. In 2026, we were joined by Chuck Kramer and his team of revenue cycle and operations team focused on rural hospitals We are dedicated to helping healthcare provider organizations strengthen their financial performance, improve patient care, and build long-term sustainability.
Brad and Chuck are accomplished healthcare consultants and industry operators with decades of combined experience working alongside hospitals, physician practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Rural Health Clinics (RHCs), and integrated delivery systems. Their backgrounds span revenue cycle optimization, value-based care, healthcare operations, strategic planning, reimbursement, and organizational transformation.
Our team has extensive experience serving rural healthcare organizations and understands the unique challenges they face—from workforce shortages and declining reimbursement to increasing regulatory complexity and limited access to capital.
